Customer value proposition and economic viability are the three words that are the most important for entrepreneurs, says Andrea Rossi, PhD, President and CEO, SmartKapital. Reviews – all the business is on the customer. Begin and end with the customer. Be clear that it is your account.Value proposition – why is the customer to buy from you? Several customers buy for different reasons.Economic viability – is it worth doing? It's not all about the money. That is where social entrepreneurship.
