With 2,000 reservations every day Taxiforsure aspires to be space Makemytrip cabins aggregation

The duo realized that they have a good solution to deal with the pain, and their initial research has indicated that it will not be able to do justice to the idea of part-time work and their belief in the idea was too strong to let it pass. "We decided to give ourselves 2 years to pursue this, if we fail in these 2 years, probably the failure would have taught us more than 2 years we spent on our MBA or to our work, if we succeed, then the story would be different," says Brook.


Founded in late 2011 – first set of Taxiforsureunknown clients came from intranet corporate messages to employees who had used his service. Later, Facebook ads and radio campaigns has expanded its reach. Currently, the company does extensive marketing campaigns, online and offline, makes more than 2,000 bookings a day through two cities of Bangalore and Delhi (NCR). "Operators and drivers are in fact key customers. We had some great success where pilots who joined us with one taxi, just today a fleet of 100 taxi. Today, for the little guys who have linked with us, maybe we drive 90-95 percent of their business, "says Rinaldi.



Currently, there are more than 10 players that operate in the area of aggregation of the cabin. However, rivo feels that the market is large enough to accept more players as it is highly disorganized. Outlining the differeniators of Taxiforsure, adds Rinaldi, "there are more players, but we have two things working for us. The first is our approach. Since we work with operators, increases availability. For example, even if a trader has no taxis in an area, others might. In this way we can make more taxis available. Secondly, technology costs are much less. " On the back end, it runs on a smartphone-based application, that can be loaded onto an existing smartphone. Taxiforsure see also minimizing the minimum waiting time for a taxi driver who make enough money.


While we see aggregators evangelizing cabin and l subway level, many of the players are not raids in smaller towns. Rivo highlights significant growth potential in the cities of ll and lll as Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi. Disposable income increases in these cities and many premium services and hotels are established, indicating that customers have an appetite. The growth of corporate entities and the construction of new airports only will fuel demand. Public transport is not able to grow at the rate at which the cities are growing. "However, every city has its own challenges. Adoption will be slow as radio taxis are not the popular way of transport and are incorporated into a premium category in the mind of the customer, "said Rinaldi.


Taxiforsure aspires to become the taxi service – Makemytrip expand pan India and create a brand that customers can trust and get a perfect experience no matter where they book. The company is planning to launch its service in Chennai and Hyderabad and will expand to 15 cities by 2015. "We are working on innovative improvements in our technology, in order to improve the customer experience," said Rinaldi.
